History
The Las Vegas Strip—it’s where all the action happens—smack in the center of Sin City and lit up brightly enough to make the city’s glow visible for hundreds of miles. Its ever-changing landscape is entering a new phase, as the colorful, themed casinos of the 1990s are replaced with lavish, luxury-oriented resorts and old eyesores make way for new vertical construction, including the massive MGM/Mirage CityCenter project.
